Payment:
Payment is due 90 days prior to date of show. All booths fee payments by check, money order or cash only. Booths will not be set if payments are not received prior to date of show. Please forward invoice to appropriate person in your company for payment. Please make check payable to Convenience Store Trade Shows, Inc. and mail to:

Booth Space includes:
10 x 10 booth are with drape, one 8' skirted table, 2 chairs, 1 wastebasket, 1 ID sign.
Exhibitor Packets:
Will be sent upon registration. They contain all pertinent information for the show including Badge Order Forms, Electrical Order Form, Shipping Information, Hotel Information, etc.. Please take the time to read them and familiarize yourself with the show.
Booth Cancellation Policy:
Refunds will be given only if written cancellation in re- received 90 days prior to show day or earlier. No refunds or transfers will be made after that date.
Exhibitor Responsibility:
The protection of all property and persons is the sole responsibility of each exhibitor. Each exhibitor assumes complete responsibility and liability for his own material with any loss, damage or destruction while, in transit to or from the Trade Show. Each exhibitor assumes all responsibility and liability for injury to any persons or property in any way connected with the Exhibitor’s display, caused by Exhibitor, his agent representative or any person associated with that exhibitor. By agreeing to the Exhibitor Registration Agreement you understand and agree to all obligations outlined.
